OJSC “LZKG-Technograd" offers production and storage facilities for rent on favorable terms. On the territory of the complex premises are leased with a footage of 100 sq.m., which can be used for production purposes (at the moment, the plant produces wood, processes glass and metal and chemical production) and storage.
The height of the ceilings is up to 10 m, which makes it possible to store large objects. Due to the installed crane beams with a lifting capacity of up to 5 tons, convenient movement and distribution of large masses of goods is ensured.
Another advantage of the complex LZKG-Technograd is its advantageous location - in the immediate vicinity of the Moscow Ring Road. To travel to the territory, freight transport does not require moving along narrow roads designed for small city cars.
The access to the production facilities is designed for Eurofur and is equipped with ramps.
The territory of the complex is guarded and is under round-the-clock video surveillance.
There is the possibility of round-the-clock location (temporary residence) in the enterprise. The premises themselves are provided with plumbing and showers.
On the territory of OJSC “LZKG-Technograd” there is a 24-hour secure parking.
There is also a daily dining room with set meals and freshly baked pastries.
The pricing policy for the rental of production and storage facilities starts at 400 rubles per square meter per month.
